SHL is a world leader in delivering improvements in people performance through assessment products including aptitude tests, personality tests and expert consulting services. They operate in more than 50 countries and in 30 languages for more than 15,500 clients. They wanted to undertake a Benchmarking Survey to gather information on the awareness of clients and non-clients of SHL’s service offering and that of its main competitors.
Following a successful previous programme by Axiall, they asked us to deliver a telephone survey to a large sample of clients and non-clients in the public and private sector.
