Client Survey

Northgate Information Solutions, is a leading provider of IT solutions to public sector organisations. They wanted to undertake an annual operational survey of their customers to establish how satisfied their client base was with the service that they were receiving and what changes they thought would improve it. Following a successful previous survey conducted on their behalf by Axiall, they asked us to deliver a web-based survey to almost 2000 individuals and provide an analysis of the findings.
