Jim has worked in senior Sales positions internationally for over three decades with blue chip companies including Reed International, Pearson and Racal Group. At Financial Times Information Services he played a key strategic and operational role in the company’s rapid growth, building a network of offices and a comprehensive sales and support team across Europe. Jim was subsequently involved in setting up and managing two successful technology companies.

For 10 years he has worked in business development and market entry helping companies in the financial, technology, healthcare and professional sectors to establish and successfully develop their market positions within the UK and internationally.

Jim set up Axiall Ltd in 2005 to offer market entry, business development, sales training and market research services. The company has delivered over 200 programs in the UK and internationally for organisations, including GSK, Thomson Financial, FTSE, Telstra International and a range of smaller companies. Jim speaks six European languages fluently and has worked in over 40 countries worldwide.
