Artificial Solutions wanted to gauge the experiences of consumers to assess their opinions of using multi-channel customer service and support, and in particular to explore their views concerning online Virtual Assistants. Their objective was to survey opinion across 4 European markets and to achieve a level of response which would give the results statistical validity. This information was vital for them to support their dialogues with prospects, partners and the market in general.
