Anite, a leading provider of IT solutions to public sector organisations wanted to undertake an independent telephone survey to analyse their customers’ overall experience in one of their product areas.
They asked Axiall to help them evaluate how the experience had improved over the previous 12 months. The brief was to help create a questionnaire that would deliver the key data, obtain responses from at least 1 and up to 3 target individuals in 31 organisations and summarise key findings.
